Trunds, can't remember exactly but no more than $100 could have been $50, certainly not astronomical. Of course the relevant plate has to be available, that is no one has currently claimed it. I've still got the actual plates as the bloke who bought my truck wasn't interested in keeping them

WHUFC has already been taken in the state we have our car in.
I could go for WHU 1895.
How much does it cost over there to get it changed over, NaG?

Dan, I had a few ask me about my WHU FC plates as obviously West Ham are not big in Minnesota...YET but they thought it was something rude

The much-missed Paul in Philly had a HAMMERS licence plate on his car in the States. He told me that people used to ask him about it, not because of West Ham but because hammers was local slang for guns.

EK66VPO
EK - The initials of our first manager - Ernest "Syd" King
66 - Of course, when we won the World Cup
VPO - (Francois) Van der Elst, (Graham) Paddon, (Yilmaz) Orhan - three of our best players from the golden era of the late 70's and early 80's
Really proud of it and a great way to show the world that I am West Ham til I die

I had a look to see if MA55 IVE was available (it isn't).
I then thought that getting that plate would be the surest way to ensure an immediate drop in form, and an embarrassing number plate to sell on rapidly...

Used to see a white transit sized van a few times a month at the roundabout by the thatched house pub in barking.
Bloke driving it always seemed to be angry and shouting at someone

Couldn't get a WHU themed one so tried to get one to honour my favourite player.
Not sure why the DVLA blocked D1CKS.
